    I Purchased 8 custom design t-shirts for a 6 year old’s Birthday party on 3/4/25. I emailed the business two pictures of designs I would like to use for the shirts. I was advised that the shirts could indeed be made with no problem or issues and was asked to pay $450.00. I was told I could pick up the shirts on 3/6/25. I picked up the shirts on 3/6/25 and the design on the shirts were blurry and had white residue around the design. I asked why the designs looked like that and I was told that is how the picture looks. I then looked at all the custom designs around me in the store and none of them looked like the shirt design I was given. I have gotten other custom designs made with no issues before. I was told they could not help me even after I questioned why my custom design shirts looked like that. I was not offered a refund or exchange or attempt even made to fix the situation. I am dissatisfied, frustrated and disappointed with these custom designs as the owner mis-represented what service he could provide. I have purchased other custom designs at this location before and they do not look like what they gave me. If the design was going to be blurry why didn’t anyone contact me to let me know and to choose another picture? Also, the owner who never saw shirts just spoke to me on the phone said the white residue of the design looked like that because of the picture but you can clearly see the bubble on the outside of the design does not have residue. I am disappointed that this business has chosen to conduct themselves like this.
