    I had my university degree translated in October 2023, I paid $285 for the translation of my university degree and they gave me 2 envelopes that are only valid without breaking the seal, so this year 2025 I was in an interview for the army and when I opened my envelope they put my date of birth totally wrong, they say I had to check it before and I did, but the error I saw was different from my date of birth and I didn't realize until someone opened my envelope, I hadn't needed to so I couldn't see their mistake before, when I write to them about what happened now they say that I have to pay $25 for each copy and that's all they can do. Why do I have to pay for their mistake? I've already lost an opportunity, time and money and now they want me to pay more? I'm not interested if they lower the rate to $5 I don't have to pay for their mistakes, I sent them all the proofs

    Very disappointed with this organization, the service and the process. I filled out and application and requested a translation service and I paid in full. When they received my application , they contacted me to let me know that I have to pay extra $225 for the translation service because "unfortunately the system did not include the translation fee" when I challenged them, they changed the amount to $95, then they explained what's included and what's not, brought my total from $325 to $$560 when I told them that I was not aware of all that and I wish to cancel, they wanted to charge me $75 cancellation fee even though it was an error in their system and no work has been done at that point.
