    On or about December, 22 2024 I drove from home to Popeyes Restaurant on ******************* to pick up the order I had just placed. I order 3pc. Spicy Chicken and a 6 Pc. Spicy bone-in Wings. My order on the *** due to the promotion was $*****. Within about 5 to 10 minutes I arrive at the store to pickup my food at the drive thru window. I was told they do not have my order and that there is nothing they can do and to leave. I proceed into the store to inquire more about the order I had just PAID for just to be told again to leave I asked for a Manager. I was too a manager was call and he told the employees not to help me. I was upset and left the premises. This was December 22, 2024. Today is December 27th and I have not had any additional follow-up since the 22nd. On that date I received and auto reply email to accept ***** as compensation but POPEYES reneged on the offer. I have no recourse but to file a complaint to get my ***** back that was deducted from my checking account.I want my money back. I told Popeye I want my money back and it seems they ghosted me. Additionally, I send Popeye's four request for refund without any ************ summary I'm was just a customer trying to buy chicken. I used THE ***. The *** did not send my order to the store. The store tells me there is nothing they can do for me. Its an *** problem. BBB, in my opinion the is classic bait and switch They lure customers with low deals just for find out the deal is not available. This happens at everyone of popeyes stores near me. Either they do not offer the deal or the MARK UP the price of the meal. Folks I was just a customer trying to buy a meal now I am $***** and still hungry please help.
