    Cordelia ** agreed to replace the awning which was ripped. We have this in the contract and in the text messages. Instead of replacing the fabric which is the only correct way to fix the awning, they put a piece of tape on it. The tape is already coming loose in less than two weeks of putting it on the fabric. I texted the ** place and was blown off. They don't care as they got their money. It was financed. Now we have to get it fixed ourselves which will cost about $500. They need to reimburse us for our expense as this is breach of contract.

    I purchased a classy RV from this dealership. I paid over $60,000 cash for this 2-year-old RV. I was promised that it had an extensive inspection done. Days after I took it home many things started to go wrong. The generator blew up propane was smelling inside the the living quarters window locks were broken and many other things. I purchasing extended warranty and I was told that I could take my vehicle anywhere I wanted to and I would have to pay $100 deductible. When Cordelia wouldn't take care of the broken things I tried to call the insurance and take it somewhere else and found out that that was also a lie. The insurance says I have to take it back to Cordelia or else I'm out of pocket. I tried to exchange the vehicle and actually give them more money so I can get something that had less miles and in better shape the salesperson ***** was awesome but she couldn't do anything and her sales manager/owner told me that he would not work with me. But I was out of luck I need your guys's help getting this remedy thank you. I giving them many options each option was actually for them to make more money off of me I was okay with giving them another $15,000 as I told the sales manager/owner for a unit that was in better shape or less miles and now I'm being ghosted thank you for your help

    We have been in communication with Mr. ************* We have offered several times to repair his RV at our location.

    Travel here is not convenient for him, so we have referred him to other shops in his area.  In addition, we have facilitated appointments for him at other shops.

    He can contact our service department at anytime to make an appointment for service, ************.

    Forgot to add that the unit has been driven less than 1500 miles and has had issues from the first week owned. They also gave me a 30 day warranty that they now say wasn't the case. The unit is not financed . I paid cash. Thank you again. 

    they have replied through accusatory responses on ****** and a phone call where they offered to give me trade in value  way lower than I paid even though I offered to buy something from them of more value. I'm still having more and more issues with this unit . it has been a nightmare.

    Mr. ****** is servicing his generator at another shop of his choice.  After that appointment, he has agreed to bring his RV to us, so that we can service it.
