    What a terrible service. I had 2 mice in my house. I caught 1 myself with a glue trap but couldn't catch the other one. I called for their service. They sprayed Propel inside my place (which is a rodent repellent). I couldn't get back to my home for 7 hours because of the smell. Well, Its now been 2 weeks and still the same mouse. I called to get someone out here. 1 tech called me back and told me to call back into the office. He was too busy. Emailed them again. They never responded.Finally, I got a call and I told them how unhappy I was. I wanted to talk to a manager. The manager never called me back. I called the following day. I was talking to someone that takes calls in the office. He said that he was going to refer me to a supervisor. Well he never called me back The guy that answered the the phone in the office (******) said they were going to cancel my service. I asked I should get a refund since nothing had been done. He said he would call me back. Still haven't heard from them Update: I talked to ****** about a refund. He refused to give me back 175 dollars for the Initial setup of spraying my house.I told him I would let the world know with these reviews ************ bad support, and bad business The pictures are 2 weeks into their service. I still have mice

    I apologize you were not satisfied with your service.  Typically, we ask that customer's provide us an opportunity to resolve the issue and would still welcome an opportunity to do so.  Our records show we did your initial service on 12/27, in which you agreed to sign up for a recurring service for monthly rodent service (as opposed to a one-time service) in order to receive a discount.  We did the initial service (inspected, installed 2 exterior rodent bait stations, set traps in the crawlspace, and applied rodenticide inside and out).  ************** was there for 1.5hours.  He also recommended exclusion work to seal entry points (which he pointed out) in the crawlspace and seal gaps around pipes; however, you elected for just the recurring service at this time.  You were informed at that time as well that it would take more than 1 visit to resolve the issue and without doing the recommended exclusion work, we would need to do the monthly maintenance service.  Your next service would have been end of January. I apologize, but we do not have a record of any email from you as you've indicated - please let me know the email it was sent to.  We did receive your call on 1/8 indicating you wanted to talk to a supervisor and a supervisor did call you that same day.  You informed him that you were not happy with the results/service up to that point.  He attempted to offer to return to your home or send a technician out there that day, but you indicated you just wanted to cancel the service.  We were not given the opportunity to return to check the stations/traps.  

    We will not be able to refund you the $175 as that discounted price only covered our materials and the technicians labor time when he was there. However, we did waive the $100 cancellation fee that would normally be charged (as per your signed contract) for early cancellation.  Without you allowing us to continue to service and the opportunity to resolve the issue, we unfortunately, will not be able to proceed with any further payment adjustments.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I called your office 2 different times and your technician told me to call dispatch back because he was busy. Then I called back to get help and no one was willing to help me. So I called to cancel my service because of the response.  Also as the technician going into my crawl space. He didn't go under the house at all. He sprayed the house and set 2 bait boxes. I agree to that. But as to 1.5 hours to do 2 boxes and spray the house it seems a bit long. Your welcome to come over and see my cameras if you like. 

    He never put glue traps in the house or anything.. I don't think I got the 175 dollar treatment as promised. That is another reason I am asking for a refund. 

    Plus the lack of customer service in the office as well.  

    I also filing complaints with the licensing board and others.

    This company had me sign a contract for one time service. I specified I only wanted one project taken care of. It was confirmed 3 visits then completion. It was for rats in a vacant house. Never was monthly service mentioned, Now they are saying they were hired for monthly. This was never agreed upon. I wasnt told what the contract was for and they rushed me to sign it. They are pushy unorganized and I feel they exploited me as an older woman.Very unprofessional

    We apologize if there were any misunderstanding or miscommunication on our end regarding the recurring monthly service.  The one-time project was for the exclusion work (see attachment) and that did include 3 follow-up services, which were all completed in October.  It is always our process for best practices to recommend a recurring maintenance service to maintain and keep our client's home pest-free and that is what was presented (and accepted) by the client (see attachment).  However, if the client wishes to cancel the recurring service, we can honor that and waive the $100 cancellation fee with the agreement that this complaint is removed and also the bad yelp review updated. It is never our intention to force anyone into a contract for recurring service if they do not agree.   It is our hope that we can come to a resolution.
