    On March 2023m I needed a new water heater for a rental I have. I found *********'s business from the internet and he offered to replace my water heater. In a few days, ********* Plumbing replaced my water heater but did not have it permitted. I had to demand that he have his work permitted when he should have known, as a licensed contractor. When I informed ********* that I was going to have his work inspected by the City, he immediately sent his workers to the property to repair/replace all that he thought required fixing. His employees came to our property late and sat in their van for quite some time. My tenant walked to the van to ask why they haven't started working and saw the contractors drinking beer in the van. Meanwhile, it is now June 2023 and the City came to inspect the water heater. We did not pass inspection. Inspector noted 1) metal pipes need to be bonded; Seismic STRAS loose; and 3) Support platorm poor integrity; need to provide structurally sound platform.I have sent numerous email messages to ********* Plumbing and no response. My take from this plumbing company is they do poor work, they have no knowledge of codes since they did not have their work permitted; they see nothing wrong drinking beer on the job; very poor communication skills but most of all, they have no remorse for their customer's well being. I would have had issues down the road trying to sell my house due to the fact that the water heater was never permitted.
