    Estimate scam and fraud. Fake reviews We did use them before for toilet repair which was not good, the job needed to be redone. This time we called them to unclog the drain. What can go wrong, right? Wrong! They requested $700 for some bogus repairs. We have refused, then they have declared they will charge credit card on file $120 "for estimate" without our approval. We got the job done with another company for a FRACTION of the price they requested. They have 360 positive reviews on ****** Maps.The reviews say "they came to my house...".On ****** Maps you can not leave a review unless your location history shows you have been to their office. Fake reviews left by multiple accounts from their office

    The tech, **** was very professional, ensuring I understood what my issues were and how to resolve them. After inspection he presented me with photos of the problem as well as presenting photos after he made the repairs. He made the whole experience calming without concerns. I am very impressed with this company and will use them for any upcoming issues that *** arise.

    I had a new one inch copper line installed from the meter to my home at a cost of $8,000. After they left my sprinklers would not work. I called them and they came out and said it was not anything they did but it was a crack in the sprinkler line along the driveway. They did not even check where they did their work. I had the sprinkler line along the driveway repaired but I still had no water pressure. After having someone check above the meter, they had indeed cracked the sprinkler line as well as put a hole in it. They would not respond to my emails or phone call so I had it fixed. Very expensive, no follow up and no response.
