    On 7/12/23, we had called Heavenly RV and spoke with ****** regarding repairs and our Class C ** Leveler and foot pad along with some roof repairs. He emailed an estimate to us, Estimate # **** for $2177.29. He stated that he would need 3.4% fee total deposit for parts would be $383.54, I drove out and delivered the check to him for the amount of $383.54 and the check was cashed 7/12/23.On 7/26/23, I texted ******, the owner to get an update. He texted back stating he was still waiting on the parts but that I could bring out the coach and he could get started on the roof while we waited for the leveler parts to come in. I asked what day to bring the ** out, if the following week would be good, no response from *************On 8/3/23, I texted ****** on an update as to when work could be started, no response. On 8/11/23, I texted him again regarding the parts and repairs, he responded that he would get back to me on an update on the parts once he got back to the shop. On Monday, 8/14/23 I texted and told him I've been waiting for 4 days, what's up. No response from ******. On Tuesday, 8/14/23 I texted him again for a heads up, ****** responded back stated he would get back to me in a minute. he never did.On Wednesday, 8/15/23 I texted ****** again on update. He responded and stated that he was going to give us back our money because he was having to close his business. I stated I wanted cash and would be there to pick it up that day. He stated that his accounts aren't accessible. So plans were made for me to pick up the money on Monday, 8/21/23 at 11 a.m. I showed up just before 11 a.m., waited for him to show, which he didn't not. I called him at 11:15 a.m., he did not answer, I left a message.
