    >>> 1 PM, *******************************, Owner, hired to clean  our functioning dryer vent. He pulled the new dryer (7weeks old) forward to access back of dryer. He tore/ripped the tubing from the dryer to the vent. We provided him Silver tubing tape so he could reattach it. He then went outside and mistakenly poked the bathroom vent.
    >>> We corrected him and he moved to the dryer vent. He poked the dryer vent several times with a black brush that had a long white cord attached to it. At his instruction, we turned the dryer on. There was nothing flowing out from the vent. He must have realized his poking from outside had dislodged the vent elbow,

    >>> He asserted the elbow was faulty and not properly installed by the home builder. Without providing additional help, and clearly frustrated, he said i cant help you, call Dryer Vent Wizard. He then climbed into his vehicle and quickly drove off. We did not receive a written work order or  invoice for payment. After two professional vent cleaning companies confirmed the vent elbow had been dislodged, we had it repaired. Subsequently, we sent
