    Do not work with Boyer Pools! ***** is the Partner/Owner and built our pool and it was immediately defective which he admitted many times. The pool company that ***** referred stated that the defect was not normal and suggested we ask Boyer Pools to fix it which ***** agreed to. It was our fault for believing him but ***** pushed back the fix many times for several reasons. Some of it made sense (rain, weather, etc.) but sometimes he said that the sub-contractors wouldnt respond to him (which is a sign in itself). After pushing him more recently to get this done before summer season ***** became even less responsive. He doesnt activate his voicemail nor answer his phone so the only real way to reach him is by text which he obviously can choose to ignore (which he does). At this point ***** has indicated he has having huge problems financially with the company basically stating that he wont fix it as he promised. We had a separate companies give us quotes to fix the problem and they mentioned that Boyer Pools has closed. If this is the case then hopefully they dont contract with other potential victims. If they are still in business PLEASE DONT work with them. By only texting I have all communications from ***** stating that the pool is defective and that he would fix it. Now he has disappeared.

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. If I could leave negative stars I would. This place took over $50K of our money and then we found out that they didn't pay subtiers thousands of dollars for work performed.We are now facing mechanics liens and expensive and tine consuming litigation to try and mitigate the issues, Our pool is unfinished and out property a disaster all the while we dont get properly communicated with, no response to our requests for where the money went, etc. These guys are shady and I have made it my personal mission in life to see that they cannot do this again.Run from them as they will talk a game, take your money and leave you with an undoubtedly expensive mess to clean up. I am just starting to understand what it is going to take to finish my job and I wish we would have been smarter up front. Benefit from our stupidity and look elsewhere,

    Just wanted to warn people about this company. If you are considering a pool; it is a huge investment and you will be doing quite a bit of research on what company to choose. STAY AWAY from Boyer Pools. We are currently undergoing a case with their ******************* and the ********** ***** of ************ along with other Boyer clients. I will not post specifics until the case is completed, but feel free to message me in Yelp. I will be posting our review along with pics after our horrific, toxic relationship has finally ended. At present; we are 1 year into a $200K project that has had multitude of costly mistakes, huge time set backs, arguments, etc. etc. It is now in litigation along with other clients at this time. They most likely will be going out of business. If you are researching; look at **** Pools or Sundancer Pools. We had both companies draw up plans and they were both very professional with outstanding service and reviews. We were just in a situation that we unfortunately bought into all the lies that Boyer Pools sold **.Addendum: After posting this review; we found out that there is 7 more additional Boyer Pool clients that are filing legal action against them. Stay away from Boyer Pools and Spas!!

    If I could give this company a true rating it would be a negative. They provide nothing but poor workmanship and lip service. You think they sound amazing & after you sign the contact & have them excavate they disappear. Terrible communication. They lie and try to take short cuts while blaiming the city inspectors. And then they abandon the project & leave you hanging. I would never recommned this company to anyone. Dont just walk away from this company ...RUN.
