    Initial roof leak 12/2020. Signed a contract with courtesy roofing to repair the roof. Repair done on 1/15/21. 4 times since then the same spot has leaked. Leaks were 1/24/2021, 1/29/2021, 9/12/2022, and 1/16/2023. Each time they came out and "repaired" it. It has now leaked again the exact same spot on 3/15/2023. I asked for a full refund from owner *******************. He only refunded me a portion of it. After giving them 5 opportunities to fix it under the warranty I have no faith they can repair it and I'm more than deserving of a full refund. I paid $1650. They refunded me $1201.

    We refunded her $1200 of the $1650 job. We had done a tuneup on the roof and replaced a lot of broken tile which amounted to about $500 worth of work in addition to that we repair the leak which was valued at about 11 $150. After four attempts repairing the leak, we refunded her $1200 but I did not think it was fair to refund her the entire amount since we did a lot of other work there on the tuneup replacing tile sealibg vent pipes, etc. over the entire roof.
