  The worst service. They should be shut down. I am a teacher and my student with special needs does not get picked up from school. They went to the wrong school for a few days. We cleared up that issues for about a day. Now the ride does not even come. My student ends up walking home because he is waiting outside for over 25 minutes. The cameras outside our building show that the driver never comes. The people that work in customer service are down right rude. When you call to see if the driver is coming, it takes about 30 minutes just to get a hold of someone from customer service. School districts are wasting tax payer money for this terrible service. Students lives are at risk here. If I could I would give them 0 stars. They should be shut down.

  This service has been a nightmare, I didn't have a choice. It's something the school set up because we're out of district, but it's been horrible.Continuously late, no rides are signed to the last minute. Leaving my child standing outside for over an hour, waiting to be picked up. They call and tell you they're going to be 40 minutes late 5 minutes before your child supposed to be picked up if they even call to let you know,They say they go above and beyond to protect our child's safety, but they have no problem leaving them standing out front of an empty school for hours, this has been a horrible experience

  My son's school pays for this service because we moved out of district and I have no way to get him to and from his school. The district and I agreed to keep him in the same school because at other schools in the past he was at trick of dropping out. However, he enjoys his current school. The school pays $88 one way. HopSkipDrive drivers can arrive earlier or later and that is supposed to be ok. For example he is too be picked up everyday, by 747 am. They called to tell me yesterday, his ride would not arrive until 820 at the time he should've **** been picked up because they didn't have a driver lined up. This happens at least once a week. My son is then late to school, unexcused. Today, his driver came earlier, 734am. And as on other occasions, my son was finishing getting ready and missed the text notification they were there early, he went outside to find they he was left at home. This is no where in the policy that I have read. $88 dollars power ride, per day. This is paid regardless. The unfair acts of your driver's ability to be early and late, yet my son can't be is ridiculous. This could be a decent company if we're better explained, better managed, and explained everything from the get go. Just know, whenever your kid gets that notification, the better run for the car or get left behind. You or whomever is still paying. Trash! My son was even left at the school a couple times because he didn't make it out of class in time. School let's out at 4 pm and they arranged him to be picked up at 410. This is highschool. Not every kid is located close to the front door. And sometimes teachers hold them back a couple of minutes to finish sc ******* giving homework, or anything else. It's a 25 mile drive too by the way. And as I mentioned no car. We walked to me each other those days. It's crazy.
