    I purchased tickets on 8/15/22 for a Y&T concert that was scheduled for 4/21/23 at Quarry Park amphitheater in *******. ST productions sold tickets through Eventbrite and I paid $221.20 for 2 front row seats. On 1/27/23 I received an email from ST Productions (via Eventbrite) that the concert was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances and that if I wanted a refund I didnt need to do anything- tickets would be refund within 1 week of the originally scheduled event. The concert (which took place and was handled by the *************** and I had to buy new separate tickets for as they DID NOT honor the ST Productions tickets) was held 4/21 and I still do not have a refund from ST Productions for the 2 tickets $221.20 for the cancelled concert. I have emailed **** with ST Productions multiple times and also called him multiple times, I contacted the city of *******, the ******* Chamber of Commerce who said they would pass along my information to him for the refund request and *** also tried to file disputes/claims with Eventbrite, PayPal and was denied both given that it has been over 180 days since my original purchase. I am currently trying to dispute the charge with my credit card company but do not feel that will be successful either given the timeframe. Other people are also awaiting refunds. I did some research and it looks like he has started a new business ******************* LLC. Seems like he may have told people to wait knowing it would put ** past the 180 days to be able to dispute the chargers. I feel this person stole my money and now is in business again and should be held accountable for his actions. Please help. Thank you.
