I enrolled my daughter and son in a Lego robotics camp for the week of June 19, 2023. The camp is 3 hours per day. After the first day, my daughter was upset about her experience. They put her in a group of three, but there were only two jobs, coding and building. The other two kids did all of the work and excluded her from participating. My daughter just sat there for three hours, didn't learn anything, and didn't have any fun. I'm shocked that the coaches allowed her to be excluded and did not give her any attention for the entire ******* I have been unable to speak with anyone about this. I called on 6/19 with no answer, and missed a return call from the business later that day. The business messaged me, and I responded on 6/19 and asked for a refund. They did not respond to my message. I tried calling again today, 6/20, and left a voicemail. My wife was able to get a hold of someone on 6/19, and their resolution was to continue the camp with the promise that it won't happen again. This is not an acceptable resolution. My daughter does not want to return after being ignored for three hours. Now the business is ignoring me when I'm trying to resolve the matter with them.
