    I moved here in October of 2024, ever since Ive been living here Ive been having issues with the property manager. ******* ******. Shes had my car towed, she has allowed maintenance worker inside my apartment without a notice or call to see if my children were home. ******* has made several remarks about my children and I movement in and out of our home, that made me feel shes monitoring us through her cameras. I live upstairs from ******* and my home was broken into and my sons large bike was taken off of my balcony along with other valuable items. ******* said she didnt see anything on her cameras then, very nonchalantly. My home was flooded exactly a week later and my kids and I were displaced until repairs were made. Fire **** deemed home uninhabitable until then. I received no calls or anything in writing as an update on the repairs. This has caused emotional distress, anxiety and depression to my children and myself. Im in fear for me and my children because were constantly feeling like were being watched under a microscope. Its only been 90 days of this complaint since signing the lease. I informed management of me needing to break my lease because of all the trauma this has caused my kids and I in this short time, after relocating due to a prior abusive relationship. After being displaced for ***** days, once I called to receive an update on the status of the apartment and when can we reoccupy. I was told that I couldve went back the next day. I voiced my concerns once again about breaking my lease. I spoke with a ****, whos the regional manager for the complex and she stated that she would break my lease with no problem, once I submit a police report. It has become to the point of me being forced to live uncomfortable and its become unbearable to live here in peace. I asked if my rent would be prorated for the days that my kids displaced. I was then told that they would give me 1 time courtesy to leave in 4 days and decide NOW repairs not done

    There are roaches in our apartment. There is mold and inconsistent hot water. One minute you are taking a hot shower and suddenly it turns to cold and will not get hot again until the next day. Sometimes for days. Management does not take it seriously. We have voiced our concerns multiple times. I have tried to contact the owner of this complex but have never received a reply. Roaches and mold are health hazards! We have small children and it doesn't seem to concern management. I have been living here for going on 11 years and it's only getting worse.

    Dear *****,

    Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond. We respect and take all resident concerns very seriously and address all matters accordingly. Our records indicate that to date, all pending work orders have been completed and closed out, with the exception of a Pest Control clean out service scheduled to take place on 2/24/24.

    We do our very best to resolve and address all complaints in a timely manner. We have an onsite maintenance team available as well as an emergency after hour service. Our online service request system is to ensure that all maintenance issues are documented and responded to timely. We have outside professional vendors to handle any work order or maintenance related issue that our inhouse maintenance team is not qualified to do.

    Our assistant manager did a unit visit on 2/20/24 to inspect and address any pending items listed on this complaint, after which I personally spoke to the resident, and we have come to an agreement that it would be in their best interest to transfer to a different unit in a different building.
