    This place customer service and actual dental care is bottom of the barrel. They late charged me an extra 100 dollars for something they originally messed up after I just dropped 700 and asked is this the total amount. Couple days later they are sending my info to a debt collector for the 100 dollars. Even after that I decide to go back, I get stuck in a room for a crown replacement, I was left with numbing gel on my gums for nearly 30 mins and started to make me gag while the staff ran around the office doing who knows what. Long story short terrible place I walked out the service was so bad.

    On Monday 7/25/22 I went to the office and saw a dentist who was reviewing some x-rays on a cracked CERAC crown, confusion as to whether the crown was done there or not turned into a confrontation when the dentist head-butted me in the nose and glasses and struck me on both sides of my face and neck to include a fist blow to the back of my head while my back was turned to him a police report was followed by the Fontana PD and I've contacted the state of California Board of Dentistry in an effort to get Dentists Dental license suspended or revoked
