    I'm writing urgently to address the inaccuracies on my credit report caused by the disclosure of my personal information to credit bureaus.     Complainant enrolled in and attended Companys Commercial Truck Driver Training program located at ********************************************************************** from March 13, 2023 through his date of graduation on April 12, 2023.  Complainant was subsequently provided with CDL Skills Testing, which he successfully completed on April 18, 2023.  In connection with his attendance, Complainant executed a Retail Installment Contract, financing the tuition due for educational services provided.  *********** has reviewed Complainants account and found all information reported to be accurate and in accordance with applicable regulations.   Company will provide Complainant with written validation of the account directly.  Complainant may also contact the Company at ************** for further information concerning the account.

    I was gong to this school and ready to test out for my cdl license I went on my test and my examiner failed me but did not mention that his credentials to test me as a California dmv tester was expired he’s not supposed to test if it’s in the verge of expiring or expires and on top of that he was rushing me through my test as well which isn’t not fair because of this happening I was sent to Arizona to test and I wasn’t able to pass because of this I think that this is not fair and unjust . I’m not the only one that this has happened to this company has had many complaints already my testers name was **** . I was trying to call to see what to do to try and pay my loan back and when to start it they gave me two numbers to call one didn’t work and the other was for something completely different . I just want to get this resolved and see what’s going on with my loan

    Complainant attended Roadmaster's Commercial Truck Driver Training program, having successfully completed the program on May 24, 2023. Complainant was provided with two (02) CDL Skills Tests at Roadmaster's Fontana, CA location.  Due to an unexpected leave of the primary CDL Examiner, he was unable to attend the state course to renew his CDL Examiner's certificate.   Complainant received training while in school from both backup Examiners and as such, they were ineligible to administer the CDL Skills Test to Complainant.  Due to significant back-ups in CDL Skills Testing at the California DMV, Roadmaster provided Complainant with CDL Skills Testing at its Phoenix, AZ campus on June 30, 2023 and July 14, 2023.   Complainant was unsuccessful in completing the CDL Skills Tests.      Roadmaster attempted to contact Complainant several times to schedule another CDL Skills Test.   Complainant has not responded to any messages left by Roadmaster personnel.  Complainant's finance agreement is in the process of being sent for servicing.    Complainant may contact Paramount Capital at ************ after Monday, August 7th for information concerning his account.

    On March 22, 2023 I went to an appointment with Roadmaster. I had an interview with ********. She told me that I was good to start school and could I pay a out of pocket cost to start, so I did. I had a physical and a drug screening. I was told that I could start on April 17, 2023. There was an issue that I had to clear. That was taken care of on the April 24, 2023. I was told that I would start on May 15, 2023. I received a call from ******** saying that Werner Trucking Company passed on an offer for a job and that I had one with May Trucking and she did not know when I would be able to start school because they were backed up. I don't know what the trucking companies have to do with the school, but I was misinformed about getting a fast start date. I asked for my $200 out of pocket fee back and I was told it was nonrefundable. I believe I was scammed and I want my money back. I need help from the BBB because something is not fair about this situation. Thank you for your time.
