    I attended skyway trucking school in ******* ca after 3 sesion racial remarks with the instructor i ask for my voutcher back they denied i tried to take them to court but the judge said paper was incorrect so does my name in the front door of the court provided with a 6000 dollar voutcher from my former employer LACMTA secretary from school said that i was going to get money back i call the school about a week ago it cost about 3300 now how did they keep my voutcher for ********************************************************************** the company

    this school keeps prosponing or cancelling my last test appointment with no explanations has jumped other students before me n have tested n past, for eiather personal reasons or because they had an job interview and now that i need my test they keep prosponing it with no explaination, ive asked for them to rent a truck to pass my test, because they've also been having issues with thier trucks. n still i get no answers, *** asked if i paid the truck fee will they reinburst me, still no answers. i let them know that i have an job interview with the ***** MANAGMENT on 12/08/2023 two weeks ahead of that time so they sent me to make an appointment on 12/01/2023 for my test. i checked in at dmv on 12/01/2023 witch the school never showed up, i didnt get an explanation of why they didnt show up. ive been going back n forth to the school to talk to someone or the owner, n all i get is same answer "he aint here" so i asked will will some one with answers will be ********* was told " this is his business he comes and goes when he pleases" witch seems like no one wants to give a explanation. i paid in cash for the school been there since 4/2023 had to test everything twice but my road test because i had to renew my permit once because of truck issues sopposely, but students from county program thats been there less time, have been jumped ahead of me .

    Hello,

    I had registered for trucking school at this facility on May 15 2023 I then canceled my registration on May 30th and asked for a refund.
    Skyway handed me a cancellation receipt and stated I should receive my refund within the cancellation period of 30 days.
    We are on July 18, I made several attempts before by calling the company only to inform me they could not verify but that they had sent the check on July 12th. I haven’t received anything from them.
    Now they’re saying I would have to cancel the check and wait another week before another check could be sent.
    I believe the company is withholding my check so to avoid my refund.
