    Coach Cam is awesome! You get out what you put in and Coach Cam and all the other members of this family have helped me turn this journey into a lifestyle. I have lost 33 pounds in just over 6 months, Im still losing weight, and have Turned 1 Day into a Lifestyle. Ive never had even close to this much success with any other program. The one on one coaching and being accountable is what has made the difference for me. Thanks Coach Cam and the T1DIAL WAVE Family!

    I can't say enough great things about T1Dial training fitness program! It has completely transformed how I think about fitness and helped me build habits that actually stick. One of the best parts is I didn't have to give up my favorite foods! The short, efficient workouts fit easily into my busy schedule, and the 1:1 coaching provided the personalized guidance I needed. What I appreciate most is that this program isn't just about the here and nowit's about preparing you to be self-sufficient after it's over. I'm feeling more confident than ever in maintaining my progress long-term!

    I believe Tidial wave program is an excellent program for everyone. A lot of people have the wrong idea of how to loose weight and make it enjoyable. I for one enjoy the process and learned as I go.

    T1DIAL training has truly saved my life. After several failed attempts to lose weight on my own, and topping out at 516lbs, T1DIAL gave me the tools and support I needed to sustain healthy weight loss. The ********* cut program let me have my favorite foods while keeping nutrition and movement a priority. T1DIAL. Training has helped me lose over 150lbs.     I must say I was a little skeptical because I thought , Oh I already know enough about nutrition I was wrong!!! I have learned so much in this program. My hands would be numb every morning because of my Pre Diabetes, since I began this program my hands havent been numb !!in addition my inflammation has decreased tremendously! My energy level has increased as well . Truly they know what they are doing and are happy to teach all they know for us to achieve our goals .
