    On 4/3/2025 i order a oxygen concentrator from oxygensolve.I was told 3 to 5 for shipping. I have no received as of 5/14/2025. I can't get ahold of anyone. Left many messages. Can't fine any shipping information. Would like to cancel and get money back. Paid by ******

    transaction date : 2/23/25 order # ***** price $ ****** My father purchased this for my mother, to have some normalcy with her life. this site is very sneaky. the item doesn't show any accessories then you order the accessories (which can't be refunded), i reached out in regard to my mother was unable to use due to severe decline in her health. You email the company and takes over a day to get back and it's a generic email that is sent every time you try to respond !!!! the phone number is not valid. after numerous emails. I finally received the address to send it back which is *****, *** or fed ex, it will cost over ****** to ship back. it was ordered and shipped in ***. they gave $160.00 credit which means my elderly parents are out of $400.00 !!! this is outrageous, and the company needs to be shut down

    April 20 oderd received April 29. The varon1-5 L pulse flow oxygen concentrator.nt-01.have been calling ,emailing them.and letting them know that it's not putting out hardly any oxygen.i got one response.breath in deeper.thsts why I bought one I can't breath.*** asked and asked for response.and asked for a different module once this goes back.i wanted to return it the day it came.but they say they have to give you a return address.wich they have not done yet.i have to have one for a funeral I have to leave for may23.so I asked over and over to please respond so this can be resolved before I leave.now i have to buy one from some were else to insure I have it for trip.asked for a exchange for continuous flow oxygen contracted.but still as if today no response or communication with **** want a full refund .and address to ship it back.since i have to pay shipping.please make sure the give a full refund.never order on line again.thank you

    oxygen tank received. 8/18/23 Extension wire doesn't fit. Tank does not work. $299 cost. When I called twice;. Please leave message. Sorry mailbox full.
