    I attempted payment in August but although money was in account bank of America decline my payment.

    Now I have issue with losing my belongings to auction...


    I can pay tomorrow most of what is due.

    We have had a long history with Ms. *******, with a sporadic and inconsistent payment history.  She has saved her storage unit from auction just in the nick of time on multiple occasions.  I don’t know what she’s saying about her payment not going through in August, as on 8/23/22 she told us she would come in on 8/24/22 and pay cash.  We have not had a payment from her since 7/9/22.

     

    This time, on 11/30/22, she told us she wouldn’t have the money to pay her unit until 12/1/22.  Her auction had already closed on www.storagetreasures.com, on 11/30/22.  She claimed not to have known this was happening, but we can only provide the legal notice to the information we have on file…she is responsible for keeping her account information up to date.  We emailed and called dozens of times.  She has had excuses and reasons why she couldn’t pay for a very long time.

     

    At this point, her unit was sold, and the auction winner did not leave anything behind.  There isn’t anything we can do.
