    The night employees/drivers unlawfully opened my vehicle and towed it without property owner authorization. When trying to contact them, they were unresponsive so I had to wait for a call back. When I finally got in contact with one of the drivers that towed my vehicle, he was very unprofessional. He was making false claims as to why the vehicle was towed and literally preyed on several other vehicles. When I finally got in contact and made my way to the towing yard (3am), he refused to release my vehicle (refused service) because I was giving him attitude??? Police were involved to deescalate the situation and were told to come back later in the day, as emotions were high. The following day, all the employees in the yard were lovely and understanding. It appeared that, that one driver and other night associates were acting alone in their decision making. It appears from multiple reviews on yelp and ****** that it, is a pattern so I will follow up with the situation.
