I ordered a tow truck through my insurance company USAA on July 22nd 2023. The company that they dispatched out to me was LM Towing & Transport with an ETA of 90-120 minutes. After an hour I called LM Towing to get an updated ETA. Luis answered the phone but with music playing loud in the background to where I could hardly hear him. I asked him if he had an ETA and he yelled I can't hear you! I asked once again, do you have an updated ETA and he said USAA sent a text to you saying 90-120, give me my damn 90 minutes! I hung up the phone at that point and he called me back no less then five minutes later. I answered reluctantly and he proceeded to tell me that he would be at my house to pick up my truck in 20 minutes. He showed up 30 minutes later. He had a bad attitude and I asked him if he was ok, even giving him a cold water bottle and soda since it was hot outside. He asked me to help him load up my truck on his tow truck and then said he would meet us at the delivery location which was a scrap yard since I was selling my truck there. We decided to wait so we could follow him to the scrap yard. We finally left my house and it looked as if he was trying to lose us on the road. He did end up losing us since we got stuck at a red light. We decided to just meet him there and we actually beat him to the site. We waited for him for 15 minutes then decided to call him. He said he was going to be doing a side job on the way to drop off my truck and that he would also not be dropping off my truck if we did not pay him on the spot. He said the insurance company doesn't pay him for taking a car to a scrap yard, only to a mechanic to get repairs. We finally told him we would pay him since we would get reimbursed by my insurance company. He showed up 30 minutes later after my insurance company called him and got on the phone with him and I at the same time. I was finally able to sell my truck to the scrap company but after all that, LM Towing should not be on the road!!BEWARE
