    They are a deceptive lender. I have been paying them for years on my car for a title loan. They have not reduced my balance at all. I was not mentally stable when making agreement. My husband and I are both disabled now and want to settle for double the cash received, after making payments that have exceeded amount financed and they are demanding payment exceeding the amount financed. They claim to be out of Utah however practice out of **********, after many pleas to work with us and help us, they say they are helping yet they continue to take payments and not apply to loan only interest. They are deceptive in all conversations. They have never explained that this was occurring. Ive requested complete documentation from loan origination yet they only sent what they wanted me to see. The payment history doesnt reflect all payments made either. They are criminals. Preying on consumers in bad financial situations.
