    Purchased a vehicle on 5/05/2023 with a down payment of $6500. Received first statement on 6/07/23 stating $923.20 was due on 06/03/23. Contract monthly statement is $461.00 my vehicle was repossessed on 6/14/23. ************************ stated I was behind two months. The company could not explain anything regarding dates or how there system claims i was delinquent when I owned the vehicle for a month. Requesting full deposit back.

    ******************* has purchased a 2012 RAM Truck with ** with a contract date of 05/04/2023. The monthly payment for ****************** truck is $461.60 due on the 3rd of each month with a first payment due on 06/03/2023. The first payment was never made to the lender upon the agreed due date found on his purchase contract. ************************, the lender whom granted ************** the loan for the truck, sent him a letter with a statement for first and second month as the first monthly payment was never made. ************************ had repossessed on 06/21/2023 due to failure to pay his payment. ************************ has also given ************** the opportunity to redeem his truck; which he failed to do so. Attached is a copy of the sales contract for the purchase of the truck with sales date and monthly due date.
