    I arranged for the purchase of a hardtop for my 1957 Ford Thunderbird. The top was in New Jersey. I live in north central Arizona. After much fruitless searching for a crating/shipping company, I saw an advertisement for National Transport Services in one of my Thunderbird magazines. I contacted National Transport Services and was put in touch with Booking Agent Tucker H*******. I explained the situation and provided the information for the seller and my information. Tucker explained the process to me and contacted a trusted local contractor in New Jersey who went to the sellers house and constructed a shipping crate on-site. The hardtop was padded and braced in the crate and shipped to me in Arizona. It left New Jersey on January 26th and arrived at my house on February 3rd. The crate was undamaged and I carefully opened it to find a pristine, undamaged fiberglass top that had made the trip nearly all the way across the United States. Throughout the shipping process, Tucker kept in touch by phone and email and updated me when a couple of small changes had to be made in the shipping arrangements. I couldn't have written the specs for more courteous or better customer service. I can say without any reservation or slightest concern that if this company will go to these lengths to help a person who is just shipping a hardtop, they will take excellent care of any automobile shipping needs anyone may have. I can't thank them enough and in particular I again want to recognize Tucker H******* for such outstanding customer service and attention to detail in a day and age when such things seem to be things of the past. I am an old soldier and a retired police officer who is often cynical in my views of how people do their jobs. Tucker restored my faith in the goodness and dedication of people who take pride in their work and represent their employers in such a positive manner.
