      This college claims to offer CNA training in 15 days. I gave them a payment of $870 on 06/04/2024 which included a $500 down payment as well as $370 worth of testing fees. The course was supposed to run from 06/25/2024- 07/12/2024 however now the teacher is trying to extend the program by another week. I cannot afford to take a 4th week of work to come to class therefore I dont want to continue the program. I have texted them multiple times in an attempt to receive some of the money I paid back however the college hasnt been responding to me. They have falsely advertised the promise of CNA training in 15 days and therefore I do not wish to continue. I dont find it ethical for them to keep a portion of my tuition if Im no longer going to be attending class. We were only told $120 worth of testing fees are non refundable therefore I do not intend to get a refund on that, but nothing was said about the rest of the money, therefore I assume it should be refundable.
