- Returns will only be accepted if the merchandise is complete, in re-saleable condition, and has been previously authorized by 3D U Ace.
An RMA number is required for all returns and may be obtained from our customer service team at [email protected] . Request for RMA number must be made within 30 days upon receiving the products. Any products received that are unauthorized by 3D U Ace or products not qualified for credit will be held pending a prepaid label to return the item to you or items will be destroyed after 60 days. It is important to follow the return shipping guidelines when preparing to ship the return. If an item has not been shipped out within 15 days of the RMA number being issued, we will close out the RMA due to inaction. - Business Categories
