  I bought a car a tote the note place which was already bad idea. Had the car less that 5 months when the CV joint died and the car would no longer go. I immediately called the bank to do a voluntary surrender and the location where they could pick up the car, we had a long conversation about the situation. A week goes by then I receive a text from the bank representative asking me if I could have the car towed to a mechanic shop. I didn't have the money at the time and said no. He said he would call me back. He then called ****************** and set it all up with them to pick up the car and have it looked at. Receiving the diagnosis, the cost was well over $3,000 and the bank representative asked me if I could help with $300 and they would cover the rest. In 3 days I was on the road again. Not only did they fix my car, they forgave the late payments so that I could start fresh. Everyone I tell this to as confirmed that they have never heard of a bank fixing the car so they could still have reliable transportation. I am happily their customer and will use them again when the need arises. JRodriguez

  Worst finance company ever. My car was total loss. My insurance sent money on 11/15 I got my portion that day the rest went to lentegrity.. 3 month later they calling asking for my car payment, saying they never got pay off.. I got proof they got it, tracking number and signed off by them.. and they didnt even know they had it still were trying to lie and say they never got it. Messed up my credit. Cause they still wanted me to make payment even though they sent check and claim they never got it.. bunch of liars and scammers.. you will regret it dont finance though lentegrity.

  I have made calls to the bank requesting to be called back and I don't receive a call back. I do have a job to report to myself this is why you get paid. I can't stay on the phone all day. I did a pay off on my loan I was told I would receive a email with this information the next business day and this was about 2 weeks ago I don't understand why I'm still waiting. Unfortunately this is very sad on customer service on your behalf.

  Called these people several times to get the title to the car that was paid off 2 months ago. We moved from ******** to ********** and apparently the title is in ******** and they didn't follow through. Then when I called them again, and explain the process and what needs to be done I received in the mail via ***** someone else's pink slip to their vehicle and they live in ********. The ***** letter was stated to this company at my home address. I called integrity and advised them of the issue and he goes oh that was a mistake. I said you think, I said I want my pink slip I said the car's been paid off we need to get it going so we can sell it. I ended up sending the pink slip to the owner in ******** from ********** myself. I'm done with them I will never use them again they're very difficult to deal with they don't return calls and they certainly don't answer the phone when they should.

  Worst company didnt have the title to the vehicle but booked the deal and requested payments. Vehicle was repo by the original lein holder who still has the title. I called them and they said they had been trying to reach me...BS. See you in court.

  Is there any way to give less than one star.They are extremely impersonal. Not helpful!Just raking in the money.In my opinion... Never do business with this company!

  I purchased a car at **************************************** and was routed to Lentegrity. Lentegrity then automatically added me to ************************* without notifying me. Now **** is giving me a monthly bill because " I requested their services". How can I go about some assistance with this. I was never told by **************************************** or Lentegrity about this.

  I've had problems with these guys since I got the loan. But this last time they took two payments at the same time causing my bank account to go overdraft. Then told me there was nothing they could do about it. So my bank need to stop payment on one of them. They charged me late fees for something that they did.

  This is the worse company ever. the customer service reps are flat out rude. Rude is an understatement to be truthful. they are BOLD and have a i don't care attitude when told they are rude. The last Rep i spoke to named ***** was talking over me, telling me what i should and shouldn't be doing like I'm a kid. When i called back to talk to a manager a rep names ** (girl) picked up the phone 4 times in a row telling me she will see if a manager was able to talk to me. I don't understand why they are in business. So i spoke to a manger after calling back 5 times. He was very fake with acting like he cared. I don't remember his name however he said this was a surprise to him. however looking at the reviews her on BBB this behavior is normal. I let the first few calls to the company slide however, this one was over the top. A PURE DISGUSTING COMPANY TO DUE BUSINESS WITH.
