I'm a lifetime Oakley customer. I bought a pair of sunglasses 2 months ago that snapped in half for no reason. I explained to them that they must have been compromised before my purchase but they wouldn't replace them. I've spent thousands with this company! Very disappointing ??Oakley Inc

I bought me my first pair of real sunglasses and they was messed up so I sent them in to Oakley headquarters and they told me they could never find them so they gave me a gift card and I got a new pair. So this new pair did not even last for a long time. The nose pad fell off and the arm was all messed up. So i contacted Oakley and they told me all i could get was a discount on another pair. Like i said before they did not last very long at all. The lady got mad at me and hung up with me. All I want is for them to give me a new pair that will last for a long time.Oakley Inc

I ordered my Drop Point sunglasses in May via the Standard Issue website. My order was delayed nearly a month waiting for shipment. One of the subdued logos was missing upon arrival, and now I have received an alert from identity-theft monitoring that my personal information was leaked to the dark web by Luxottica. I've reached the trifecta.Thanks, Oakley. I thought this was a reputable brand. My experience proves that is not the case. I doubt they care, and will seek other avenues to replace these sunglasses at a loss. I'll make sure to tell everyone I meet to avoid Luxottica products.I want nothing from the company. I just want an avenue to warn others of the issues I've personally experienced. There is no need for a reply.Oakley Inc

Additionally, In November 2022, we learned through our proactive monitoring procedures that certain customer data from Luxotticas retail brands, originally obtained through a third-party, was published in an online post. The data included in this incident was data from customers who made purchases in our retail stores or on our ecommerce sites.
The data does not include individuals financial information, social security numbers, login or password data or other information that would compromise the safety of our customers. ***************** systems were not breached and its network remains secure. We were unable to notify customers sooner as authorities needed time to complete an investigation.Thank you,

Is that absolute worst service I have ever gotten in my life. I had ordered two pairs of Oakley replacement lenses for $161. I had accidentally ordered the wrong size lenses for my glasses. First time ordering new pairs of lenses ever. I let them know that I ordered the wrong size. They gave me an address so that I can send them back. No problem. I sent them back and then they said package on the way. Then a few days later they said that I had canceled the package. Which was a lie and I had gotten evidence from where I had purchased the payment for sending them back which was $20. It showed that they had received the package. So I sent them a picture of the routing being complete. Then once I had done that they had kept me off cold shoulder. No email back from nothing and they said they apologize for saying that they did not receive the package but still have yet to get back to me. The people that who bought out Oakley need to do better for their customers. And it's not okay. Either way you treat your customers. All I want is my money back. $161 it's hard to come by these days just not to get anything for it. I keep calling them and emailing them but they just won't get back to me. Someone please help me make this right.Oakley Inc

If I could give -10 stars I would! Disgustingly garbage customer service. They have been delaying my refund for almost a month. The customer service reps are just liars who do not care about your problems. I told them the story of what happened and then every time I talk to them they act clueless. They have 1 star here for a reason! I've never been treated like this by a company in my life. **************** I will be spreading the truth about Oakley for the rest of my life! NEVER SHOP THERE!!! They are literally robbing people, I don't know what steps to take next to get my money back at this point but definitely won't be through Oakley ***************** Something came up and I desperately need the funds but no... Order never arrived because *** claimed my address was wrong which was not. The package was returned back to them for over 10 days now and they will not issue me a refund. Their support have been giving me a runaround for when I will get back my refund. Very inconvenience to deal with this. If I do not get a refund soon I will take this up with my bank. I purchased my Oakley Sunglasses within the warranty service time. Oakley refuses to honor their warranty and either fix the sunglasses or give me a new pair. They have an extensive analog for "if they will warrant a product or not" including receipt, many photos. Although my glasses are under warranty, I have the receipt they refuse to honor their warranty. They have poor business customer service resolution. They need to be filed upon.Oakley Inc

Another Luxottica rebrand with poor customer service, completely absent customer support, and very interesting review rules.Oakley reached out to me to review my purchase and I mentioned the product has become a shadow of the quality that it held previously. It was just another Luxottica rebrand.A day later, my 1 star review was rejected, because it mentioned Luxottica (the company that bought Oakley and ran it into the ground.)Hmm, if youre so afraid of customers seeing your company name then maybe you shouldnt have bought your competitor.You products are fragile, with a huge mark-up, and you cant even pay attention when your customer service says, just email this other [company email] and they will fix your order.If I could give zero stars I would.There is a reason many non-chain eyeglass companies wont carry your products.Oakley Inc

I have been a lifelong Oakley sunglasses wearer. I have a pair of gascans, but wanted to get a prescription pair, so that I could see better while driving. I ordered a pair and was excited in 7 days when my new pair of glasses showed up. I was bewildered when I opened the package to find a non-gascan style Oakley pair of glasses. I also noticed on the prescription that the glasses had someone else's name and prescription listed. I submitted a support request and called the next day. They sent me a link to return the glasses and said they initiated new request. Days later I was emailed saying that they had not processed my order because they were waiting on me for more information. I responded asking what information they needed. I was told no info was needed. A couple days later, I received another email saying that since I manually uploaded my prescription on their website, they wanted me to send a copy of my actual prescription to ensure I uploaded it correctly. I was taken back for the implication that I had done something wrong. I complied, uploading my prescription. Days later I was told that they were still waiting on me to process the order. A couple days after this I was notified saying that my prescription (which was within the parameters listed on their website) was to obscure to be formed into gascans and that because of the curvature and some other jargon, I cannot get a pair of prescription sunglasses. I was offered a refund. Throughout this process, I received many survey requests asking how they did. I was candid with them the entire time. After my refund was supposedly processed, I received another email saying they were waiting on information from me. After straightening that out and setting up the refund, I was asked twice on separate emails how I was taken care of. I can not tell you the amount of time and energy I spent and was unable to receive a pair of prescription sunglasses. Horrible customer service.Oakley Inc
