    I pay for propane and it takes weeks for them to deliver it. I was told by the company that they deliver propane when they think the customer needs it. I paid in advance so why should I have to wait for something I paid for when the company decides that I need it. This is Bkue Star in ****************** not ***********

    Per company policy, we avoid filling tanks that are over 30% full so as not to overload our drivers and to make sure all our customers have enough propane. When a customer calls in a request for a delivery and they are over the 30%, they are not put on a priority list as the drivers will deliver to customers that are more at risk of running out of propane. When you requested your delivery, yes you had prepaid but you were also notified of this policy we have in place, and it was explained to you that the driver will not make a special trip to fill your tank. We did, however, make an exception for you and had the driver take care of your tank when he was in the area and had the propane to spare. Per your complaint, you claimed that you had paid for this propane when in fact this money came from an assistance program. You also claimed that the company told you that "they deliver propane when they think the customer needs it". That is not in any way true, we have policies in place for a reason,we take care of all of our customers the same - no one customer is placed above another.
