      I randomly started getting emails and texts at 5:00 in the morning. Then companies calling one after another saying I signed up for information about a bathroom remodel, which was never the case. I called Modernize and was on hold forever and never spoke to anyone. I have no idea how this company got my email or phone number. It is ridiculous. This seems to be a trend. It's very intrusive and I'm extremely annoyed. I've blocked all numbers from them, but by their track record, I'm sure I'll get more unwanted calls, texts, and emails. Leave. Me. Alone. I would select zero stars if that was an option, but I have to select one to finish the review.

We have a homeowner support email and phone number on our Contact Us page if you would like to provide us with the phone number you want to remove from our list. We match homeowners with local contractors for home service projects when homeowners submit requests for that assistance on our website or on one of our affiliate websites. We disclose that by submitting a request to match with a contractor, you authorize email and phone calls to discuss your project. We recommend that you notify any contractors who contact you that you prefer to be on their DNC list as well. We comply with all state requirements related to call times and will research the issue you raise about receiving calls too early in the morning. Thank you for making us aware of your experience.

      They got my number somehow.They started calling me this morning.... on Sunday morning at 8:30AM I thought no more calls as I blocked them. They have called already several times this morning and it is only 12:30AM.They are very annoying!Something should be done!THEY WILL NEVER GET ANY BUSUNESS THIS WAY!

      I have no idea how this company got my number but I have received no less than a dozen phone solicitations! I keep blocking the number the call comes from but they call from a new number. I read these reviews and sent my info to their email address. It had better work!

      I'm am remodeling my OWN bathroom and was on a totally different website and somehow I was redirected to this website (modernize.com) and immediately began receiving UNWANTED phone calls and emails from different contractors! I just attempted to call this company and only got an answering machine. I did not signup for anything and was just simply looking for prices on items NOT CONTRACTORS! They need to take me off of any and all lists because I did not subscribe to ANYTHING! I don't even know how they got my information. I've looked at some of the other reviews and I do not want any further calls or emails from any of these places. This is intrusive and should have never been allowed in the first place. STOP!!!

      Just received a call because I am looking for gutter cleaning service. The woman on the phone spoke poorly and sounded suspect. She called me sir when I am a women. Then she started verifying my address and called my city's name correctly and then called the state (**) a court instead of ***********. That did it for me. Told her to take me off their list. I'll use another service.
