    They have not issued a refund that is all I am seeking as stated in other correspondance with BBB In their response to you they requested the order number. Today the company that services my computers got it for me. This is it NP1545622390. Their software has been completely removed from both computers days well before my renewal date. They charged my card and trying to cancel online with them is impossible Thank you for your continued help

    All of our products are recurring subscriptions, which is disclosed when you sign up. Uninstalling the software alone won't end the subscription as you need to turn off auto-renewal as well. You can get help doing this by contacting support:

    I am rejecting this response because: This is all total disregard for customers. Even after cancelling they are going to keep renewing their product fees. How is a business like this still in business???

    So next year as I am using another product I will have to change my credit card number with my bank to avoid future charges??? Who are these people??? People who hate customers.

    I'm sorry for your dissatisfaction. Unfortunately you need to cancel a recurring subscription in order to stop the subscription. Our support team can help you do that. We require authentication before divulging personal information, which is why we can't handle your request on this platform.

    In the event that you're getting fake Norton scam emails, they can also help with that.

    I am rejecting this response because: They are slow walking a ***** refund I am so happy I left this company I do not have this software so I cannot do what they ask it is all just a stall. I will have to contact my bank to get another credit card as I would never trust these people. Think of it they would actually renew next year even if I do not have their sofware. I had cancelled all auto renews they are just paying me back for cancelling
