    Their business ethics and the office manager are unsavory. I was unable to find a state business license. They make no effort to communicate. They will agree to work with insurance on a claim and then renege and send the account to collections after one phone call as communication. Since there was no communication there was the implied consent that they were in agreement to wait for the insurance company decision on payment. Instead the account was sent to collections and they added fees and interest. They never made contact or sent a follow up invoice to show an increasing liability with them. Very unsavory and distasteful company and experience.
