    IN FEBRUARY 24, 2022 WE GOT A ONE YEAR CONTRACT WITH WIXXFIX TECHNOLOGIES TO SERVICE OUR LAPTOP COMPUTER THE COST WAS $179.99 FOR THE WHOLE YEAR. WE DID NOT USE THE SERVICE VERY OFTEN. WHEN WE CONTACTED THEM TO RECONNECT OUR PRINTER TO OUR LAPTOP THEY WANTED A SIGNIFICANTLY LARGE AMOUNT AMOUNT OF MONEY TO DO SO. THEY WERE ALREADY IN OUR COMPUTER SYSTEM MOVING THINGS AROUND. WHEN THEY ASKED FOR MORE MONEY, WE REMINDED THEM OUR CONTRACT WAS STILL GOOD. THEY INSISTED THEY HAD TO CHARGE US MORE MONEY. BEFORE THE PRINTER AND COMPUTER LOST THEIR CONNECTION BOTH MACHINES WERE WORKING FINE. WE DON'T KNOW WHY THEY LOST THE CONNECTION BECAUSE THE ***** WERE HOOKED UP CORRECTLY AND IT HAD BEEN WORKING BEFORE THEY WANTED TO KNOW WHAT CREDIT CARD TO CHARGE THEIR FEE.AGAIN WE TOLAL THEM THAT OUR CONTRACT WAS FOR A YEAR AND WAS STILL VALID.THEY INSISTED WANTING MORE MONEY. WE WOULD NOT GIVE THEM A CREDIT CARD NUMBER SINCE WE SAW NO VALID REASON THEY WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE US. THEY CONTINUED CONTROLING OUR COMPUTER AND DOING THINGS. AFTER THEY STOPPED CONTROLLING OUR COMPUTRER, OUR COMPUTER WOULD NOT WORK NORMALLY. IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET ANYTHING TO COME UP AND WE NO LONGER HAD ACCESS TO CHROME OR OTHER THINGS WE HAD ACCESS TO PREVIOUSLY,THEY STOPED ANSWERING OUR PHONE CALLS.IF THEY DID NOT FEEL THEY NEEDED TO CONNECT OUR PRINTER, THEY COULD HAVE SIMPLY REFUSED AND DONE NOTHING. INSTEAD WE COULD BARELY USE THE CO0MPUTER AT ALL. THEY DAMAGED THE COMPUTER AND WE HAD TO TAKE IT INTO A ***** COMPANY IN PERSON AND RESTORE WHAT HAD BEEN WORKING PREVIOUS TO OUR CALL INTO WIXXFIX. WIXXFIX DID NOT GIVE US THE SERVICE WE ALREADY PAID FOR, INSTEAD THEY DEMANDED MORE MONEY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THE ***** COMPANY THAT ENDED UP RESTORING OUR LAPTOP CALLED THE SERVICE WIXXFIX SCAMMERS ALSO
