5 starsI needed a heavy duty mat for my stacked washer/dryer, and I also needed one that was stiff enough to slide under it as the machines are nestled into a closet. The mat from Rubber-Cal was very thick and heavy and fit the bill very well. In spite of the mat's thickness and weight, it was easy to cut to size with a utility knife. This material is definitely superior to thin mats with respect to absorbing vibrations, which was important to me given that the washer/dryer is located in the kitchen. There is also no chance this material will ever move or bind--once in place, it's going to stay where it is. Purchased 3-ft x 4-ft Black Rubber Rectangular Indoor or Outdoor Home Boot Scraper Mat. Very satisfied with build quality. Sturdy and heavy enough to stay in place. Cleans shoes very well and super easy to clean.
