    On 30-Sept-2021 I paid a deposit in the amount of $6,105.00 USD to Tashjian Towers Corporation A.K.A Tash Towers for a complete extending tower, custom base plate and various other accessories, I have attached a copy of that invoice for reference. Over approximately the following 16 months since the deposit was accepted I sent numerous emails asking, some almost begging, for a status/delivery update only to receive occasional responses stating "there will be another delay because of this, that or the other" emails. Monday 24-April-2023 I decided enough was enough and sent a formal and official cancelation email including a request for a full refund of my deposit ($6,105.00), when this email was unanswered I sent a follow up email on Tuesday 25-April-2023 which was responded to stating "We have received your notice for cancellation. Is this your correct mailing address for the check refund: **** ****** Road, ***** City WI *****" though my address was included in the initial cancellation email I responded confirming the address was correct. On 02-May-2023, after not receiving my refund a sent another follow up email, I have attached that thread for your reference, in it you will read ****'s response from 02-May2023 - As of today's date (15-May-2023) I have yet to receive my deposit of $6,105 USSSD

    I ordered an LM-354 tower along with TA 54 raising fixture and accessories from ******** in September 2021. This was after a lengthy conversation with owner **** ********. I had requested that I needed the tower delivered in the May 2022 timeframe so as to avoid late fall/winter weather where we get mud on our property and it isn't feasible for heavy equipment to work on the tower base and tower install. He agreed that this tower could be built and delivered in that timeframe, and requested a $1000 deposit, with the balance of the order to be billed upon delivery of the tower and fixture and accessories. I sent this check to ******** Towers and it was cashed on 10/25/21. March 2022 I called for a status, I was told that the tower was soon to be shipped. I indicated I needed it in May, not March. They said they could hold till May. In May I called again, was now told that it would be July, and the person had no knowledge of the May date. July comes, I call in for a status. Now told it could be August or later. August comes, now I'm told there are several orders ahead of me (somehow), and no ETA on the tower. I emailed **** several times since Sept. 2021, and he refuses to respond either to email or phone. I called and sent an email to cancel this order, and all I am requesting is that this $1000 deposit gets refunded back to me.

    Tashjian Towers will return Mr. ******* deposit of 1,000 dollars this week.    We are not able to complete his order due to the backlog of orders we have with government agencies which have priority. 

    Please tell Mr. ******, he will get his money back.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 17****77. This is satifactory provided the company follows through and actually sends a refund check in a timely manner. As of 10/2/22 I still have not received the check. If allowed by BBB I will post again when/if this check is received.
