    We, Eco-Battery had been requested by Energport to dispose of ****** lbs of lithium batteries and we did so.We had received a PO from Energport (attached) and it has not been paid since 12/2023.We have sent 11 emails requesting payment- NO RESPONSE We called at least 10 times to get no answer - NO REPONSE- NO ONE EVER ANSWERED We faxed the invoice - NO RESPONSE We had to dispose of these batteries and we have paid our bill of ********* in payments due to not being paid by Energport Energport needs to pay their bill *** do you provide a po for a service and then renege once asked to pay your bill I urge anyone looking to use this company to think twice and do your homework (credit checks etc. )

    Re: Complaint ************************ Energport:Energport, Inc.48620 ********************************************* This is a complaint for the improper business practices that ***********. has experienced with Energport, Inc. of *******, **. ******* **** is a *******************-based developer of solar PV and battery energy storage projects for residential and commercial customers. In 2020 ****** specified an Energport battery energy system for a large battery project for a high-net-worth residential customer in *********, **. We paid a significant deposit for the battery system and submitted plans to the local City and ********************** for permit. The *************** asked for clarification around unit level and cell level independent fire testing of the Energport product. This testing certification requirement is known as UL **** (system level fire testing) and UL ****A (cell level fire testing) and these certifications must be met to the satisfaction of the local fire authority to receive the local *************** permit. We requested assistance from Energport on multiple occasions for this issue, and the responses took over a year to receive, causing extensive project delays. Over at least three different comment submissions, Energport has still never been able to effectively address the *************** concerns regarding UL **** and ****A. The Santa ***** County officials alerted ** that Energport is selling their battery products without proper certifications.Energport does not have proper UL certifications to effectively sell their batteries in the U.S. ****** was not informed of this problem when purchasing the battery and we would never have recommended Energport had we known of this serious issues. After more than a year of runarounds, the customer has lost all patience with ****** and Energport and they wish to cancel the battery project. ****** in turn requested to cancel the purchase with Engerport and they refused via attorney letter.
