    Since December 13, 2021 we hired Explainer Viz to build a mobile application. They did not finish it. The application does not work. We paid $29,000 and it should have been ready and working by June 2022. They have not worked on the project for a year now. The Guys involved are ***************** and *******************. They will not answer back nor give the money back. Be aware that the banks did not refund the money because the transactions were more than 120 days ago. So the banks will not protect you. They play the game like they are working and make you believe they are until the time passes so you cannot dispute the charges. They lie all the time and do not do what they promise or commit to. They say they will refund you but they dont and when you dispute with the bank or credit cards they defend their selves and their merchant accounts have other names like ********************** HTTPS WWW.LOGO, EVRIMA DESIGN AND SEO, etc.
