    Date of purchase 5/30/2023 I paid $26,000 cash for 2019 Chevrolet Tahoe Business owner comitted to provide a vehicle in sound condition. After purchasing vehicle, I took the vehicle to the repair shop and discovered he cost to repair the vehicle exceeded the purchase price I paid for the vehicle. Business has not made any effort to resolve the issue.

    After 24 hours they called back, said that they decided to buy the vehicle and they like it.

    They show up and purchase the vehicle. I have all the *** requirement forms. One of the form or )as is. )

    Which is we are required by the *** to make sure the customer agree and sign.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Hamdam misrepresented the vehicle by advertising it as having no mechanical issues  on his ******** Marketplace advertisement.

    The vehicle immediately needed $5,600 in repairs.   

    Hamdam misrepresented himself as a private seller when in actuality he was a car dealer and sold the vehicle as such.

    In addition, Hamdam sold the vehicle from his residence in *********, ** and not at his licensed dealer address in *******, **. 

    Hamdam misrepresented the 2019 Chevrolet Tahoe I purchased in his ******** Marketplace advertisement, by picturing a different Chevrolet Tahoe than the Tahoe I purchased.  

    ****** repeated this misrepresentation on a later advertisement of a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe by using the exact same fraudulent photo in both advertisements.  


    Prior to contacting the Better Business Bureau, I sent Hamdam a letter expressing my aforementioned concerns and dissatisfaction. I requested his response, however ****** refused to respond to my inquiry.  


    After sending the letter to Hamdam he immediately removed all of his vehicle advertisements from ******** Marketplace.  

    After learning of Hamdams business name, Blue Diamond Auto Sales I discovered countless yelp reviews rating Hamdam 1 out of 5 stars for his poor business practices and misrepresentation of vehicles.


    I have filed a report with the ********** of ***** Vehicles, ********************* and Hamdam is currently under investigation.

    Purchase the vehicle in perfect condition him and his wife drove it for about 30 minutes

    And I still take the time to think about it for the next 24 hours.

    After *************************** the read to purchase the car. The next they came again Javed around the Love it  and they purchased it.

    I offer *************************** extended warranty, ******************, refuse to purchase.

    Also, ****************** decline the cancellation option form  on the vehicle .

    Also, ****************** purchase this vehicle AS IS . And sign the form thats provided by the *** to us.

    And he was agreed to the terms and condition.

    ****************** contacted me three weeks later demanding $5600 back . He was claiming that he had done some repairs on the vehicle after he purchased it as is
