    On February 2, 2024, I signed up to explore this product using the 30-day trial period offered. When I submitted to use their trial period the application automatically withdrew $756.00 for a three-year period from my checking account. The billing clearly states, "Refund and Cancellation for this order: Full refund upon cancellation within 30 days of purchase. No refund after." I clearly meet these conditions. On February 17, 2024, I canceled the subscription. I did not receive a confirmation so I canceled several times before contacting Simplifem. They gave me the runaround. I requested again on February 26, 2024. Today, May 2, 2024, I tried logging in to check in with them, and I'm still waiting for a response. I'm still waiting on my refund.

    I originally purchased the software in Dec 2021. During the year I realized I didn't care for the software AND decided to no longer offer property management services. I couldn't find how to cancel it online, so I emailed the sales team, whom I communicated with when purchasing the software, on Oct. 25, 2022. I never received a response. I finally found where to cancel the subscription in the software system and processed the cancellation. The very same day, or the day after, on 12/15/22 a charge from them hit my business account. I then contacted support about the account being cancelled yet I was charged, so I asked for a refund. I was then informed that I could not get a refund because of their terms. It's all very shady and unethical. I reviewing this company online now, it seems this is a business practice of there's and it's not right at all!

    They actually refunded me when I sent a screenshot. I still think this company is operating unethically.
