    I had a defective micro sd memory card and was advised I could receive a warranty replacement but would need to send back my defective unit first. I was told that I would have a replacement shipped within **** business days of their receipt of my defective unit (as noted on reference number 231209-002525). We are at 16 business days (taking into consideration the past holidays do not count as business days). I simply wish to receive my replacement card as they have had ample time to send it.

    I bought 3 hard drives that are SanDisk **************** I bought 1 in March 2023 and the other 2 in April 2023, in less than 3 months of having them. 1 became corrupt and unmounted itself on its own. The 2nd one unmounted itself on its own 1/8/2024. Western Digital knew that SanDisk SSD hard drives were having many complaints of the SSD's unmounting on their own. The company of knowingly sold defective SSDs. A series of SanDisk Extreme Pro SSD portable [SSDs] thus do not conform with their core functionality, as well as Western Digitals basic promise that the [SSDs] they sell will do what they are supposed to do store data safely for later access.I am requesting them pay for the recovery of the lost data because they are in a breach of their own warranty. I want my money back I paid for the 3 as I do not trust the company to safely store my data, which is what the product is for. I will not take a refurbished one as it is no longer a reputable company as they knowingly sold consumers defective SSD. 1st one: 3/21/23 The other 2 bought together the same date: 04/25/23

    I purchased the WD_BLACK SN850X 4TB hard drive during the *************** Friday promotion. I placed order ********** on November 17th, and it was delivered on November 22nd at 1:34 PM. However, on the same day, WD had an additional gift promotion. After contacting customer service, they advised me to return the item and place a new order. Consequently, I created a new order (**********) and initiated an *** (**********) on November 22nd at 1:53 PM and drop it off at 2:24PM at *** store on the same day because I just want to process it as soon as possible because I have an upcoming vacation. The *** application was promptly submitted, and the package was sent to the *** station immediately (as evident in all attached photos, the shipping bag remained unopened, including the entire process of *** personnel attaching the shipping label). The package was delivered on November 27th at 12:56 PM with tracking number 1ZE953609094292056. However, it wasn't until December 4th at 12:40 PM that it showed 'Return Received.' Throughout this period, I contacted customer service multiple times to confirm the status, and each time I was assured that the package was received, not lost, and they would process it soon. Yet today, they claim that the returned package is different from the one sent, which is an unacceptable response.If you need, I can file police report to demonstrate that I didn't swap anything,

    I have owned a server from Western Digital for about 7yrs. It is out of warranty. It has 4 drives in it, if 1 fails you can swap out while the system is running. A drive had failed, I called WD to ask what to do, they said buy a new drive and just swap out during operating. I did this and the entire system crashed. I was not able to get up and running, with several reboots from their technical support, the deemed the server a catastrophic failure. I lost 6TB of data, which I was able to send out the server and get recovered which cost me $2675 I have asked WD repeatedly to do something about this and all they have offered is a 20% discount. I want them to pay for the data recovery cost and replace the unit, which they have repeatedly denied my request. I feel they owe me this because technical support told me to do and caused the entire unti to fail. Instead of recommending a full back up first.

    i have 4 western digital derives on 2 tb and these people are giving a problem with warrantying them the 2tb was bought 6 months ago at best buy and the others best buy and microcenter seems like all of what we are doing they are just no anwser on our side in ****** we cant see our images this has been going on for 3 years and they have our computerws l;ocked up somewhere

    I sent them a 8 tb hdd on 4 -25-2023 they recieved it on 5-6-2023 I paid 169 + about ************************************************************************************************** refunded the numbers above + tax it is a red nas drive

    All personal documents, videos, and pictures are uploaded to this Cloud Device (*******************). As per their website, it was supposed to be fixed on April 2nd. But the *** keeps changing and now today the *** is April 7th which is already a past date. I bought this device feeling I can use it anywhere and access my files on a need basis, but now this is not working at all for the past 2-3 weeks.

    I am writing to file a complaint against Western Digital regarding their unreliable service and misleading advertising practices. I purchased a Western Digital product with the expectation that I would be able to access my files at any time, but for the past several days, the service has not been available for use. This has resulted in my files being held hostage and me being unable to access them.Furthermore, I was not aware that the product required an internet connection in order to access my files. This information was not clearly stated in the advertising or product description, leading me to believe that I would be able to access my files offline.I have attempted to contact Western Digital through email, but have received no response. Additionally, the company has not provided any updates to the general public about what is happening with the service or when it will be restored.I believe that Western Digital has acted in an unprofessional manner by not addressing this issue in a timely manner and by failing to disclose important information about their product. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter and obtaining access to my files.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Order from November 26 is still not updating https://support-en.wd.com/app/rmastatusweb/r/0060234428/e/************************** It says it shipped on December 1, but *** says the tracking is invalid and they never got a package. We paid $25 for rush service. Said non-refundable. What did we pay for? Doesn't seem right. Our address is all four computers **********************************************************

    RMA:60222168 was not fulfilled by this company. I paid for advanced replacement, but they didn't replace my defective drive at all.I was charged $25 for advanced replacement, but they didn't replace. They did nothing. They charged me $25 illegally. I must file consumer protection agency complaint next if this company does not refund the $25 charge or ship. This is crazy what a horrible system they just charge people $25 for nothing.there is typo on address on RMA, it should be:cb deals ************************************************************************************************************************
