    On 7/29/2021, I received "Final" logo proofs from Digit Design and was under the impression that I now owned my logo which I hired this company to create and paid for their services in full upfront on 7/13/2021 and now today I have received numerous calls from this company telling me I have to pay them on that call, in order to actually own the logo, that I paid for 2 years ago. The guy was rude and yelling and when I told him I wasn't paying anyone any ****** for my logo he became very loud and would not stop talking over me. I had to hang up on him 3 times even though I told him to stop harassing me, he continued to call.

    I contacted Digit Media ****************** via website on Friday July 15, 2022 with interest of having a website designed for my business. I was contacted on the same day by one ***************** whom offered me a package at $400 and a project delivery of 2weeks. He texted me that the details was emailed on an invoice and he would follow up with me on Monday July 18. We never spoke again on Tuesday July 19. I was skeptical about moving forward because $400 sounded unrealistic for a website but he informed me that it was a promotional offer and that the original price was $799. He requested full payment upfront, said was company policy. I provided him with my card information and was placed on a brief hold. While on hold I googled the company saw there was some complaints. I mentioned this to him, he told me they were all from a disgruntled former employee that was trying to tarnish the company. After my payment was processed he said I would be contacted later that day by a project manager to discuss my project and begin designing. After hanging up, I talked about it with my husband, I felt unsure about moving forward. I was contacted by *********************** (project manager) the next day Wednesday July 20 via text messaging, I told him I was not moving forward with the project, that I was not comfortable with the company reviews. We never spoke with each other. I emailed the billing department on July 21 making them aware that I was not moving forward with the project and was requesting a full refund. I have since emailed *****************, and made several calls to this company, each time I have spoken to one ***************************** at the billing department, whom each time apologizes for my experience and says that she will have a project manager reach out before they can provide a refund. I told her I didn't understand why since I cancelled a day after paying and never spoke with the project manager. No one has ever contacted me. I've ran out of patience, and just want my refund

    on January 29, 2022, i needed a design company to make me a web site for me, because, i am running for ****** County Commissioner dist 4. in the ******************. I paid $610 dollars with my ****** **************** card. a few days later, i receive a call from *************************, stating for another $1600.00 dollars we can maintain your site. i said! you Have not, did any work yet. as to date, i still have not receive my money back. ************************* telephone contact telephone Number ************ email *********************************,com or digitmediadesigns.com to date, i still haven't receive my money.

    First design crew, aka, digit media designs, aka, designing avenue, aka, branded logo designs and many more. are scam artist blackmailers. they will sign you up and then demand more money, or else. or they will take your website down, or they will steal your logo, or else. they have taken over $17,000 from us and won't allow us access to anything, including our own website, so we can even get away from them. All the same people, **********************, *****, *****, ******, etc. etc. They continue to take advantage of innocent people and stealing their money. They forced us to build a new website and start our seo all over again just so we could get away from them. they were holding us hostage and wouldn't let us leave. BEWARE OF ALL THESE COMPANIES!! ALL THE SAME PEOPLE S******* YOU!
