This business has fictitious soc sec #s for multiple employees

    Business Response

DRYCO is diligent in following all employment verification guidelines as required by Federal Law and the *******************. The accusation of utilizing fictitious social security numbers for multiple employees is incongruent with all of our employment records and hiring practices, which we have verified by reviewing our HR policies with an employment attorney.

Additionally, the email address provided by the complainant indicates an inauthentic identity that *** have alternative motives to harm DRYCO's reputation with this accusation. Our reputation is important to us, we have worked hard for over three decades to build it, and we are prepared to protect it through legal channels if necessarybut hopefully things will not escalate unnecessarily.

As a company policy, we always operate with integrity with each and every one of our employees and customers alike. Please let us know if the BBB requires any further action on our part to resolve this complaint.

Dryco was contracted by my HOA to do road repair. The work started sometime in August 2022 and is ongoing. Tomorrow, ****, they are working on my street and there are no signs on the road indicating that the work will happen. Last week, I was walking on a road here where they were working, and I crossed the road on foot. I tripped because there was no warning sign anywhere. Today, the fire department told me they had to barrel through a barricade of Drycos to get to a person in cardiac arrest. Because they were not informed beforehand about road closures.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me. There were no signs at all anywhere on my long street, although they had signs on smaller side streets. No one on my street stole any signs. They simply did not do a good job of posting signs on our main community street. And we did not get notified in any other way that this work was coming. So, on the day my garage was blocked off, I had no vehicular method of transportation.

    Sincerely,
