    This is a vastly precarious circumstance. There were definitely moments where working at Auto Mall Tint Specialist was a rewarding experience. However, other times it was proven to be an incredibly toxic work environment due to management from the business owner. The owner in question is defensive, abusive and has proven to be prone to verbal harassment which violates ********** Law AB ****. There are more than several instances of this where the owner of the business has raised their voice at me and used abusive language. I have tried to express my grievances to the owner with this behavior from asking them to not yell at me and trying to bring to their attention that these offensives would be a cause for great concern for an HR department would this company have a corporate structure. This means was done not as a threat but more so to coach the owner into improving their behaviors. ****, I was unable to handle such abusive behavior after a period of 2 years and when I expressed to the owner my intentions to leave the company once I found another position, the owner of the business violated ********** Labor Code ****** by terminating my employment under the means of retaliation. Again, this is incredibly difficult to speak upon as my time their was not completely horrendous but I can say with no hesitation that in moments where it was awful, it was truly an abysmal experience. The owner is completely ignorant to what is considered proper workplace conduct and is severely under qualified to manage any employee. I respectfully express my hope for the owner to glean valuable lessons from their errors. However, I have more than reason to believe that such abusive and concerning behaviors will continue. Considering the organizational work culture, it's apparent that, despite the company's very modest success, it does not meet the criteria for being a safe workplace or a legitimate establishment according to the Better Business Bureau by any reasonable means.
