We are the tenants; we have property manager and actual owner that were also never notified of the work to be started. We had no notice and company didn't give anyone notice. Our tenant rights were violated as our home was basically broken into and our back gate and side was cleared for a path. It's the law to be notified in advance.Workers used our patio set for a spot to put their things, drinks, phones. Our screen got ripped to the back door, patio set has stains, a video of worker dragging our heater and ice cooler. We couldve prepared and moved our stuff accordingly so that nobody had to touch anything. They had pieces of the roof laying on top of our pool pump pipes. Had to access top of the roof because they left scrap pieces of metal and we couldnt sleep. We threw down the trash metal because it was just rolling around the roof which is a hazard as it could have rolled off and caused injury. I have a video of this noise as well.Tools on top of our bbq pit, multiple nails picked up for days, knife directly on the tubes of pool. they left all of their tools/sawhorse and overnight. We have children and its concerning how many nails/screws that we picked up in plain sight. they moved my plants and the rosebush spray painted white. Texts that somebody from company sent thank you for picking up the three nails, and them saying the screen was already ripped. The screen wasnt ripped, it is open every day. we wouldnt open it if there was, allowing flies or insects in. Having problems now with pool tubes that they didnt move. Their equipment and garbage material laying on top of.we assumed job was done and we went out of town, we saw on cameras that they were at my house again without my permission. They also went into the backyard which really makes me furious. The owner of our house is a pastor and he contacted us via email after we reported to property management. He explained that the company used foul language to him, was rude & not able to resolve.
