    Paid over $200 for a malfunctioning electronic lunchbox that randomly turned off despite being fully charged and program correctly. Contacted the company and they sent a list of tips to fix the problem. Followed the tips and the lunch box still randomly shut off. Contacted them again and asked for a refund. After going back and forth, I said we would be happy with a replacement. That was agreed to by **** with customer service. Now they want to crawfish on the replacement because after spending $70 in shipping to return the item, they cant get it to replicate a random shutoff and now they want to send a defective $200+ lunchbox to us. This is unacceptable especially since they agreed via email to send us a replacement. I have included screenshots of the replacement conversation with customer service.

    The customer complained the product did not work, we shipped a fully tested  replacement unit to her. Now she complains this one does not work which pretty much explains she does not know how to use electrical devices.  We are sending her a label to ship the unit back for refund.
