    $600spent son's 10th bday party on 03/25/2023 at this location as i have had once before.This time my experience was horrible.I was called by a rep the day before confirming party details informing me i would have my party room from 730pm-10pm,the same as the previous party i have had there before.we were not permitted into the room until 9pm while i had 30 people waiting scattered looking for seats to wait while other parties were checked in & taken to their rooms immediately.i was not informed of them having no decorations as they had for my previous party.had it been communicated,i would have brought decorations.The wrong wristbands were given to my kids attending!20mins later kids are running to me letting me know that they were pulled & told they have the wrong wristband on &was told they couldnt jump &my host was no where to be found,after receiving correct bands they were only extended to jump 5mins.finally being able to go into my party room I asked the host to bring the gift buggy to my room as there was no one at the front desk &no party hosts up front to monitor.920pm the buggy is still there unattended(anyone could have taken my sons gifts or bday cards in plain sight!)I dragged the buggy in the room myself to ensure all ************* were accounted for!One employee walked past me trying to drag the buggy(wheels were broken on it)didnt offer to help me until I called him over& asked for some kind of help!When talking w/the mgr *** my ***************************** with my experience,he told me he gave the kids 5 extra mins jumping time for the wristband mixup,he said that regardless of what the lady told me when she called to confirm my party they dont let people in the room until at least 15mins before 9pm(never mind the fact that there was another party that checked in& were immediately taken to their room)he told me that the only thing he could do for me is give me this email address to address my grievances& have yet to receive a reply sent 3times
