The business advertises itself to be an unbiased third party and trusted partner in legal process. I hired this business for serving documents in a small claims case. They betrayed my trust and let me down. I called ***** and spoke with him on 09/25. On 09/26 I submitted the documents and provided my card for charging. On 09/27 order processed for $133.95. The business makes first attempt to serve the papers on the same day (09/27). Even after tipping the person may evade service, they came back without serving the papers and communicated to me on 10/01 that I gave a bad address. Though they call themselves unbiased they doesn't seem to be in this case as they are siding with the person who said no one by the name lives here. On 10/15 I received a second communication stating they are in the process of serving. No communication after that. On 11/12 I called them for a status update. They suggested that I have to get a new date. I also enquired about the possibility of serving in their workplace for which he asked me to share the workplace over email which I have done in the first interaction itself. Anyway, I went on and shared again. I followed up on 11/13 asking for a quote on this additional charge. They responded back on 11/15 refusing to work with me anymore. Not sure how they call themselves a trusted partner by providing the above service. Also 11/15 happens to be the last day of service. They are closing out on last day without giving me any time. Seems unethical and will full violation of service.
