I purchased a new 19ft Ram Zion in Feb 2022, that had an electrical issue I was told. The vehicle was in their repair shop numerous times from awning coming out while on freeway, sinks & countertop separating incorrect fluid levels, cabinet door latch broken, low voltage warnings that the repair facility has been working on since the end of 2022 but not have fixed the problem of low voltage which continues to not work at all. This year the vehicle has been down & waiting months to be worked on & months in the repair facility. I used the vehicle for a fishing trip the end of September but the motorhome part of the vehicle does not power up. The issue thats happening now is the same issue that I had when the repair facility told me it was fixed & ready for pick up. The unit did not power up on its on power as well as being plugged in the the electrical outlet. Ive been told to contact the awning company to see about the problem & that the vehicle is working fine. The repair facility is a subcontractor that isnt happy with the vehicle that I have. The Recvan is not part of their fleet but they have to work on them. I have a 2 year bumper to bumper warranty plus an extra $8K that expires Feb ****. I feel they are trying to push me out past my warranty so I will have to pay for the lithium batteries that dont hold the full charge of **** since the end of 2022. The repair facility had the vehicle for over a month & did not charge the batteries back up to full & told me to take it to a RV park to charge the unit to capacity. I did not understand why their facility did not charge them back up to full capacity for the time they had it but said the **** is good voltage when the manufacturer says **** is low. The repair facility told me that they are going to charge me to work on my warranty vehicle. I paid them $250 to change the oil that is under warranty.
